Returns & Expectations

Need to return or has your Artful Green been damaged in transit?

Please email as soon as you receive your Artful Green so we can work with you on a query.

If your Artful Green arrives to you damaged, please email as soon as you receive it, with a photograph of the damaged plant, so we can keep a record for the courier company. We will arrange a replacement or refund to be sent to you as soon as possible. 

If you receive your Artful Green and are unhappy with your purchase (which we really hope you won't be!) or it isn't what you expected and would like to return, then please contact Stephanie by email to will help you with this. Artful Green will arrange a refund (excluding shipping costs) once the Artful Green piece has been returned to us, unfortunately the return parcel will be at your own expense.

We have a warranty period of 14 days from the date the Artful Green piece is delivered or collected. Please be in contact with us within 14 days. The maintenance and care of the plant is out of our control, we can't guarantee the plant has been in an environment where it will be happy and thrive. However, an Artful Green failing should be very unexpected, and we are always available to help in any situation with advice. Please get in touch with any query.


You won't receive the exact plant as pictured in the descriptions and photographs of available collections. The plants that you will receive in your Artful Green will be the same variety and pot size as listed and photographed but all the plants will look unique in their appearance, shape, colouring and sizes will slightly vary. All dimensions and sizes listed are all approximate.
